By joining the Sota Fuel Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to participate. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our discretion.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn 20% commission on the subtotal value (excluding taxes and shipping) of each successful sale made through their unique code or tracking link.

3. Customer Discount

Affiliates may offer customers a 10% discount using their assigned code. This discount is automatically applied at checkout.

4. Refund Policy & Commission Reversal

If a customer requests a refund within our 30-day money-back guarantee period, the affiliate commission for that order will be voided or deducted from the next payout. This ensures commission is only paid on completed, non-refunded transactions.

5. Payouts

Commissions are paid monthly, via bank transfer, Payouts are made in USD.

6. Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates may promote Sota Fuel through personal websites, social media, email newsletters, and in-person recommendations. Use of paid ads on search engines, brand bidding, or any misleading advertising is prohibited.

7. Termination

Sota Fuel reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time, for any reason. If terminated, outstanding commissions may be withheld in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.

8. Changes to Terms

Sota Fuel may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
