THIS GIVEAWAY IS OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY EACH STATE’S APPLICABLE LAWS. Names, logos, and/or materials associated with prize descriptions are used for purposes of promotion and/or prize descriptions only, and such use is not intended to suggest or imply Sponsorship or endorsement of this Giveaway.

DATES:

The “Sota Fuel Honda 450 Build” Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (“MST”) on May 12, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. MST on June 14, 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”). For purposes of these Official Rules, all times are given in MST. The date and time stamp from the Website (defined below) will be the official timekeeping device for this Giveaway.

ELIGIBILITY:

The Giveaway is open to permanent legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of New York and Florida, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is higher) at the time of entry (each, an “Entrant”). This Giveaway is void in New York, Florida, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law. Residents of New York and Florida are not eligible to enter or win. By submitting an entry, each Entrant represents and warrants that they are not a resident of New York or Florida. Any entry submitted by a resident of New York or Florida will be void and disqualified. If it is determined at any point, including during prize verification, that a potential Prize Winner is a resident of New York or Florida, that individual will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

If a US Entrant is selected as the potential winner (the “Prize Winner”), they must have a unique, personal and valid social security number for Sponsor to report the tax liability associated with acceptance of the Prize. Valid social security numbers will be determined by IRS requirements as further defined in the “PRIZE CLAIMS” section of these Official Rules.

Employees and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings or spouse, regardless of where they live, or persons living in the same household, whether related or not) of Sponsor, and each of its respective parent companies, divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Giveaway Entities”), are not eligible to participate. By entering this Giveaway, Entrants indicate their full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER:

There are two (2) ways to receive entry into the Giveaway: (a) via product purchase (“Purchase”); or (b) online, without making a Purchase (the “Alternate Method of Entry” or “AMOE”). Entrants may use either or both methods, subject to the limits below.

• Purchase: To enter by making a Purchase, visit https://sotafuel.com/products/sota-fuel-hydration-30-pack (the “Website”) and purchase any eligible product by following the on-screen instructions. The number of entries awarded will vary by product and will be noted in the product description on the Website. Upon completing your Purchase and receiving your confirmation, you will receive the applicable number of entries (excluding tax and shipping). There is no limit on the number of Purchase entries an Entrant may accumulate during the Giveaway Period, provided each purchase is genuine and non-refunded. Any attempt to obtain entries by purchasing and subsequently returning product will void all of that Entrant’s entries and result in disqualification.
• Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without making a Purchase, visit https://sotafuel.com/pages/signup and complete the online entry form by providing your first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number, date of birth, state of residence, and a written response of no fewer than twenty-five (25) words to the following prompt: “Tell us your sport and why you love it.” Incomplete submissions or responses under the 25-word minimum will be void. The written response is a mandatory entry requirement only and will not be used as a judging criterion; the Prize Winner will be selected by random draw as described in these Official Rules. Each Entrant is limited to one (1) AMOE entry for the entire Giveaway Period. Only one (1) AMOE entry will be accepted per unique email address and mobile phone number combination. Duplicate AMOE submissions sharing the same email address or mobile phone number will be void and disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the uniqueness of any submission and to disqualify entries that appear to be duplicative, fraudulent, or submitted using falsified contact information. No mechanical reproductions or automated submissions will be accepted.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an Entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address provided at the time of entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person assigned to that email address by the relevant Internet access provider or online service provider. An Entrant may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that they are the Authorized Account Holder of the email address and mobile phone number associated with the entry. Any attempt to enter using multiple accounts, falsified contact details, or automated systems is prohibited and may result in disqualification. The Giveaway Entities are not responsible for any entry that is lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable due to system errors, technical malfunctions, or any other reason.

WINNING/NOTIFICATION:

On or about June 21, 2026, one (1) Prize Winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period by a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Odds of being selected as a Prize Winner depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The potential Prize Winner will be notified by Sponsor via email within one (1) to three (3) business days from the date of the random drawing. The Prize Winner will be required to complete “Required Documents” as further described in the “PRIZE CLAIMS” section below. Sponsor will make two (2) attempts to contact the potential Prize Winner via email. If the potential Prize Winner cannot be reached after two (2) attempts, they will be disqualified and an alternate will be selected. If no confirmed Prize Winner is identified after five (5) alternate notification attempts, the Prize will remain unawarded.

PRIZE CLAIMS:

Except where prohibited, the potential Prize Winner will be required to complete, execute, and return a notarised Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (the “Release”) and an IRS Form W-9, along with any other documents required by Sponsor (collectively, the “Required Documents”), within seven (7) days from receipt of notification from Sponsor by email. The Required Documents will include confirmation of the Prize Winner’s state of residence. Any potential Prize Winner found to be a resident of New York or Florida during the verification process will be immediately disqualified and an alternate will be notified as outlined in the “WINNING/NOTIFICATION” section above.

Potential Prize Winner must report the Prize as income to the IRS. In the event it is determined during the verification process that a potential Prize Winner does not have a unique, personal and valid social security number for Sponsor to report the tax liability associated with acceptance of the Prize, such potential Prize Winner will be disqualified and an alternate will be notified as outlined above. If it is determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, that a potential Prize Winner is not eligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, such potential Prize Winner forfeits their right to the Prize. Acceptance of a Prize constitutes Prize Winner’s permission for Sponsor and its designees to use Prize Winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, and statements of address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation.

PRIZES:

There will be one (1) Prize awarded in this Giveaway. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $11,279.26 USD.

Prize: The Prize Winner will receive one (1) new 2025 Honda CRF450R motocross bike (the “Vehicle”), with a total ARV of $11,279.26 USD.

The Prize Winner must have and provide all necessary licenses and permits to legally operate the Vehicle in their state of residence, along with proof of existing insurance coverage (if and as required by their state of residence) at the time of delivery. All sales tax, title, licensing, registration, insurance fees, and any other expenses not listed herein are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner.

Delivery: Sponsor shall use all reasonable efforts to deliver the Prize within ninety (90) days of the Prize Winner being confirmed. The Vehicle shall be delivered to a mutually agreed-upon location within ninety (90) miles of the Prize Winner’s permanent legal residence at Sponsor’s sole cost. The Prize Winner bears all risk of loss or damage to the Vehicle after delivery. The Prize Winner must personally retrieve the Vehicle within thirty (30) days of written notification of delivery and must present adequate personal identification and evidence of legally required insurance, or the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate Prize Winner will be selected.

No more than one (1) Prize will be awarded. Any and all Prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. EACH PRIZE IS AWARDED “AS IS” AND SPONSOR MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS, GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RELATING TO THE PRIZE, AND ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. The Prize Winner may not assign or transfer the Prize. No Prize substitution, exchange, redemption, or transfer is allowed except at the sole discretion of Sponsor.

GENERAL RULES OF PARTICIPATION:

By participating in this Giveaway, Entrants and each Prize Winner (a) release each and all of the Giveaway Entities from any and all liability, damages or causes of action with respect to or arising out of participation in the Giveaway and/or the receipt or use/misuse of the Prize, including without limitation liability for personal injury, death, or property damage; and (b) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify any Entrant or Prize Winner it believes has violated these Official Rules. If for any reason this Giveaway cannot be conducted as planned, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway and select the Prize Winner based on eligible entries received up to that point. Notification of such action will be provided on the Website.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. SPONSOR’S FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY TERM OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF THESE PROVISIONS.

NO LIABILITY:

By participating, Entrants and Prize Winners agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and the Giveaway Entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from and against any claims, damages, or liability due to any injuries, damages, or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from receipt, acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of a Prize; participation in any Giveaway-related activity; or participation in this Giveaway.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

These Official Rules will be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Rules or this Giveaway that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding arbitration conducted by JAMS in Sheridan County, Wyoming, before a mutually selected arbitrator. Each Entrant and Sponsor agrees to waive the right to have claims heard by a jury and waives the ability to participate in or represent any class or class-wide proceeding. The sole exceptions are that (a) each party retains the right to sue in small claims court; and (b) either party may bring suit in court to enjoin infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights.

YOU AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE GIVEAWAY MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES. AFTER SUCH PERIOD, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION WILL BE PERMANENTLY BARRED.

PRIVACY:

Personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used solely to administer this Giveaway and, where consented to, to provide future marketing communications from Sponsor. Entrants may opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any marketing communication received. Entrant information will not be sold to third parties. A copy of the Sponsor’s privacy policy can be found at https://sotafuel.com.

This Giveaway shall not be published without permission of the Sponsor.
